As each of my originals are hand painted, I cannot guarantee that they will be exactly the same as the image picture - although I will try my hardest!

Custom orders and non-refundable, however if you wish to cancel your order before I have sent it, I am happy to refund you the postage costs. Custom orders include anything that is hand painted, baby/kids prints featuring custom names etc., custom print orders, invitations..

Insurance is included in postage/freight prices - If an item arrives to you damaged, please contact me immediately. In some cases it is up to the customer to make the insurance claim to the postage company.
